In his new role, Delucia will oversee product strategy, engineering, and technology across VIP and its product portfolio, with a focus on accelerating innovation while continuing to invest in the products customers rely on today.

Delucia brings more than 20 years of experience leading product and technology organizations. Most recently, he served as Chief Product and Technology Officer at Encompass Technologies, where he led platform modernization, scaled product and engineering teams, and launched products including OrderIQ, MileageTracker, ApIQ, MerchSync, and Cowork, an agentic AI platform for the food and beverage industry. Earlier in his career, he held technology and product leadership roles at Place, Red Ventures, Halliburton, and others.
