Founded in 2008, Undercover Santa began when Sergeant Bill Schultz personally delivered gifts and a meal to a struggling mother and her children on Christmas Eve 2005. That single act of kindness sparked a movement that has since distributed more than 10,000 toys, countless meals, and essential supplies to families throughout Broward County. Today, the organization partners with community groups and local businesses to ensure every child experiences holiday magic through toy drives, grocery donations, and festive events including Light Up Sistrunk and Light Up Carter Park.
