Resourceful Talent Group (RTG), a Miami-based talent firm that connects U.S. technology companies with engineers in Europe and Latin America, has been named Top Offshore Software Engineering Partner 2026 by Manage HR Magazine.
MIAMI, FL / ACCESS Newswire / November 3, 2026 / The award recognizes RTG’s work helping startups and fast-growing technology companies build engineering teams at a time when hiring in the United States has become harder and slower.
AI has sped up how quickly companies can build products, and it has sharpened the contest for the people who build them. Growth-stage businesses now compete for engineers against leading AI labs and large technology companies that can offer pay, equity and benefits most startups cannot match. For many, a critical hire takes months.
RTG has spent years building networks of engineers across Europe and Latin America and says that knowledge of where the strongest talent sits is what sets it apart. The firm typically presents qualified candidates within two to three days, and engineers generally join client teams within 10 to 14 days.
“We’re giving ambitious startups access to another world of exceptional talent,” said Jonathan Raude, co-founder of RTG. “We know where to look, we know the quality, and we can help them build quickly with elite talent that hits the ground sprinting.”
From early prototype to 500 customers
One recent client was an AI-native startup whose founders had spent about a year building their first product largely with AI-assisted development. The company had around 10 early business customers, but its codebase had reached the point where it could no longer scale.
RTG assembled a team across four countries, working Eastern time from Europe and Latin America. It covered front-end and back-end development, QA, UX, DevOps and product management. The team introduced stronger engineering processes, testing and architecture, and refactored critical parts of the product.
The company grew from about 10 customers to 100 within roughly three months. About six months after that, it had reached approximately 500.
“The founders proved the idea,” Raude said. “Our job was to put the engineering organization around it so they could turn that idea into a scalable business.”
Beyond engineering
Many clients come to RTG for software engineering and later ask for help in other areas, including product, go-to-market, operations, finance, accounting and HR. RTG has worked with hundreds of startups, from bootstrapped beginnings through multiple funding rounds, and says that experience shapes the advice it gives on how to structure a team.
CoCreativ, a creative production company that works with brands, retailers, agencies and entertainment companies, is one such client. RTG has supported its hiring across technology, go-to-market, customer service, design and leadership.
“The integration is amazing. They function as a seamless extension of our in-house group,” said Steve Kalalian, founder and CEO of CoCreativ.
Large companies can turn to major staffing firms for everything from global contract talent to specialized executive searches. Smaller growth companies rarely get that kind of coordinated support and often piece together hiring across several agencies, vendors and internal teams.
“We saw a real void in the market,” Raude said. “We’ve built RTG to give early-stage and growth companies the kind of comprehensive and flexible talent support that large recruiting firms typically provide to major enterprises. Regardless of what their talent need may be, they can come to one partner that understands their business and will always be there for them.”
